Dr. Valentine is the founder of Valentine Eye Care and brings over four decades of experience to our practice, not only serving as a medical officer in the US Navy, but also subsequently in private practice for 19 years in San Jose, California and since 2004 in the Leominster-Fitchburg area.
With a special interest in hard-to-fit contact lens cases and treating anterior segment eye disease, Dr. Valentine welcomes patients of all ages. He prides himself in providing a careful, unhurried exam allowing ample opportunity for you to discuss your eye care needs and your diagnosis and treatment options in a relaxed and thorough manner.
Dr. Valentine received his professional education from the University of Houston and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists and the American Optometric Association. He is specifically credentialed by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry in the treatment and management of anterior segment eye disease and glaucoma, and has served as an adjunct instructor at the MCPHS University School of Optometry in Worcester. Dr. Valentine lives with his family in Lunenburg, enjoys woodworking and is a licensed private pilot.
