Our receptionists will do their best to accommodate your busy schedule by finding appointments that suit your needs.  We will help you understand your insurance coverage and try to answer all your insurance questions.

Renee

Greeting you at the front desk with a smile, Renee will cheerfully assist you with appointments, paperwork, "checking-in" at the front desk and verifying your insurance coverage.  We realize there can be many questions concerning registration, insurance verification, medical history questionnaire and privacy issues.  She is very patient and takes whatever time is necessary to assure you have all the answers to your questions regarding coverage, co-pays and deductibles. She is here to help so don't hesitate to ask!

Brian, RDO

 Brian, our highly experienced, knowledgeable and well-trained licensed optician, will assist you with selecting and fitting your new glasses!  Today, there are many technical aspects of lenses such as index of refraction, anti-reflection treatments, photochromic lenses and the myriad of complex lens types like aspheric and no-line bifocals.  Brian is also well-versed in understanding the glasses benefits of your vision plan, such as VSP and EyeMed.  Utilizing our lab's state-of-the-art computerized patternless edger, Brian will meticulously and accurately fabricate your prescription glasses in-house whenever possible.

Hayley

When not attending to the day-to-day duties of managing our practice, Hayley is busy navigating all the complexities of electronic billing procedures required in a modern eye care practice.  She is very familiar with most insurance plans including Medicare, MassHealth and BlueCross BlueShield.  Hayley will also be delighted to assist you when necessary to get a referral from your PCP, prior authorizations from your insurance company and to assist you with any questions regarding insurance and billing matters.
